Any eligible nailer will receive reliable service or repair within two years of the date of purchase. And the service or repair will be completed using genuine factory parts. How does the plan work?

There will be no questions asked and no receipt required for any cordless nailer sent in for repair or service. And if the tool is considered non-repairable, Paslode will replace the tool AND issue another 2 Year Service Promise (note: the replacement policy is limited to one per nailer type). And, as the icing on the cake, Paslode will pay the shipping costs, both receiving and retuning, and throw in a three-day factory service turnaround policy to make sure the customer is without the tool for the shortest time possible.

What steps do you follow to take advantage of the 2 Year Service Promise?
- Once you’ve purchased an eligible Paslode Nailer, enroll at www.paslode.com or by mail. **Bonus: If you enroll online, the service promise will be extended for an additional two months!
- Next, activate your account.
- Once your account has been activated, you are able to initiate a claim. You can do that online, via phone, or mail. It’s up to you.
- Paslode will then provide a pre-paid mailing label, instructions for packing your tool for shipping, and a list of UPS locations where you can take the tool to be shipped.
